How long does delivery take? Your posters are printed to order and normally produced within 3–5 business days, plus shipping time. Total delivery time is usually 3–7 business days in Norway.

Can I return or exchange a poster? Because each poster is printed specifically for you (chosen design, size and optional frame), the standard right of withdrawal does not apply in the same way as for standard goods. If the item is defective, misproduced or does not conform to the order, we will exchange it or refund you — see our Terms of Sale for full information.

What paper quality do you use? We print on 200 gsm (80 lb) matte, FSC-certified paper with a smooth, non-reflective surface that provides an exclusive, durable result.

What sizes are available? Most designs are available in 13x18 cm, 30x40 cm and 50x70 cm. You select the size directly on each product page.

Is a frame included? No, the posters are sold unframed unless otherwise stated on the product page. This gives you the freedom to choose a frame that suits your home.

How do I pay? You can pay with Vipps or payment card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) directly at checkout.

Do you deliver outside Norway? We currently focus on delivery within Norway. Please contact olav.amith@hermesgroup.no if you wish for delivery to another country, and we will see what is possible.
